Which contract does the Automa fulfil, and what happens when its contract pile runs out?

It fulfils the highest-value contract it has energy for; the color on its action only sets the minimum. Fulfilled contracts stay face down beside it. Discarded contracts are reshuffled when a pile is exhausted, and if it can't fulfil any available contract it skips the production and goes on to its next step. It still produces when it is only tied for first on the production bar, since first means strictly first.
