How does the Whiskey Bottle work with wound tokens and Dynamite?

Whiskey resolves after Dynamite and before the shots: it discards a Duel Wound token you hold, or gives you a Rage card if you hold none. Duels resolve last, so Whiskey and Beer cannot undo a wound you take in a duel during the same turn.
