If Dynamite eliminates me, can my Beer or other dice still resolve?
A publisher confirmed this in several threads and it fits the rulebook's "unless you are eliminated" wording.

No — if the Dynamite kills you, you are out and the remaining dice (including Beer) are not resolved. If you survive the life loss, the other dice resolve normally, but you can no longer re-roll.
