How does a search work, such as Eureka's: do you pick from cards after looking, or name a card first?

Question

Accepted Answer

You look at the cards, then choose one of those matching the criteria. The target is simply 'a card', so every looked-at card is a valid choice. Only a card with a named target, such as Word of Command, requires choosing first.
