Do player cards from different expansions share one deckbuilding pool?
Yes. Player cards from the core set, investigator expansions and older packs form one general pool for any campaign or scenario. Story Assets are the exception: they have no level, carry the scenario's encounter-set icon, and are only available when that scenario is played.
