Can I use a Prelude action on a card I secured by Ransacking in the same Prelude?
The rulebook states this directly.

No. Cards secured from the Court, whether by Secure, a Relic or by Ransack, can't use their Prelude action in the same Prelude. A card you steal rather than secure isn't covered by that restriction.
