How do Event cards work: can I lead with one, and does it earn initiative?

You can't lead with an Event, copy with it or use it to seize. It lets you take the actions of the lead card, but only the first Event played in a round gives actions. It doesn't surpass, so it never wins initiative. Prelude actions work with it as usual. If you hold the initiative with only Events, you must pass.
