How do Vortex regions pay out?

You gain a Vortex's benefit when you launch to it and again at the start of each of your turns while you have a ship on it. Extra ships don't add more, and each Vortex you occupy pays separately. You can't launch a second ship to a Vortex where you already have one. At game end each Vortex scores VP for every adjacent development.
