How does Unity's Return to Station score?
First Unity develops with any transports it chooses to, then it counts its ships on the board and in the Repair Barge once and moves its command marker that many spaces. Ships still in the Scrapyard then score 2 VP each. All command wheel actions happen before the ships leave the board.
