What is the Repair Barge, and how does it differ from the Scrapyard?
The rulebook's Scrapyard and Repair rules cover it, and the publisher confirmed the Scrapyard status.

Ships in the top Scrapyard area can't activate modules, but ships moved to the Repair Barge can, even in the turn they are moved. The Repair Barge still counts as the Scrapyard for rules such as Funginar Decompose, and a ship there can be damaged by an effect that requires it. All return to the Launch Bay on Return to Station.
