When do I get the benefit of a moon slotted between two industry modules?

Once per turn, after both adjacent modules have been activated, in either order. It does not repeat if you activate them again that turn. You can still use an industry module's main action when its half-slots are empty. Slotted moons can't be discarded for their benefit.
