How does Assume Command work (range, battles, free resources)?
You choose any raider, ignoring range, and move it to an unoccupied Alliance Base (no ship of any kind on it, raiders included). It is not your ship, so you can't pick up leaders or free resources with it. You may use it to pull a raider out of the active region before battle.
