Does Virus Purge remove virus counters from ICE and from the Runner's programs?
Virus Purge removes all virus tokens from every card that has them, including Darwin, Crypsis and Parasite. In practice, virus counters sit on programs (Parasite's counters are on Parasite itself, not on the ICE), so ICE does not hold virus counters.
