Does Pop-Up Window's 1 credit go to the Corp, and does the Runner pay the Corp to break it?

The two effects are separate. The Corp gains 1 credit from the bank when the Runner encounters the ICE, and the Runner pays 1 credit to the bank to break the subroutine. The net effect is that the Runner gives the Corp 1 credit.
