How is the random card chosen when the Runner accesses HQ, and can dice be used?
A shuffle by the Corp followed by the Runner choosing a card is enough to meet the 'random card' requirement. Players may use dice or other aids if it doesn't slow the game, but neither can force the other to use them, according to an official randomization rule quoted in the thread.
