What are the minimum and maximum deck sizes?

The minimum is the number printed on your identity card; there is no maximum, but the deck must be shuffleable in a reasonable time. Identity cards do not count toward deck size, and a Corporation deck is further limited by its required agenda points, so a larger deck needs more agenda points.
