Cards discarded from HQ for hand size always go facedown, even if the Runner accessed them earlier. Trashed rezzed cards go faceup, and unrezzed trashed cards go facedown; cards the Runner trashes after accessing them go faceup. The Corp may look at its facedown Archives cards at any time but the Runner may not.
