When the Runner accesses Archives, are all cards accessed, including facedown ones and ICE?
Yes. All cards in Archives are turned faceup and accessed, including any ICE trashed there (it isn't encountered), agendas there are stolen, and the Runner chooses the order. The cards remain in Archives faceup afterward.
