Does a Genius warp, and do I pay water to send a warped worker back?
The designer ruled that Geniuses cannot be warped and the rulebook states the water cost.

A Genius can never be warped; that is deliberate. A warped Worker costs 1 Water when warped in and none to send back; the returned Worker comes from your Active column.
