In the Warp phase, do I get exactly what is printed on my Warp tile?
The rulebook says each player receives the asset shown on their selected tile, and a publisher account confirmed it.

Yes — you receive the asset shown on the tile you reveal, from the common supply, and not an asset from another player's tile. Several players may receive the same asset if they use the same tile type.
