What happens to unpaid Warp tiles at the end of the game, and do I score for paying them?
The designer confirmed the 2 VP penalty and no-score rule, matching the rulebook.

Paying is mandatory: you must fulfil each outstanding Warp tile, returning Workers from the Active column and a powered-up Exosuit where needed. This doesn't count as Time Travel, so no VP and no track movement. Each tile you can't remove costs 2 VP, tile by tile, so it's not all or nothing; an older online rulebook said 1 VP and is out of date.
