With the Starting Asset Draft variant, do players still get the 0/1/1/2 water for player order?

Question

Accepted Answer

Yes. The variant replaces only the starting assets printed on the Path board, and the designer confirmed the water for player order is still given. His own preference would have been to re-seat players by draft total instead, but the water stays as written.
