How does Power Plant 113 work: cost, distance and VP?
The Appendix entry for 113 states the cost, distance and VP rule, and the designer clarified the minimum and lab limits.

Spend X Titanium, Uranium or Gold (at least 1, any mix), set Focus to a Timeline tile X Eras before the current Era, and receive X VP. Labs 401 and 402 let you set Focus further back, but you still score only X VP. You can't travel to an Era that doesn't exist, and you can't avoid paying by using the labs. Grand Reservoir can turn a 1 Water payment into 0 but you still count as paying 1.
