When I send a warped worker back to repay a Warp tile, do I pay or get water?
The rulebook has you pay 1 Water only when warping a Worker in, and sending one back spends a Worker from the Active column.

No water changes hands when sending it back; the 1 Water is paid only when the worker is warped in. The returned Worker has to come from your Active column.
