Do warp tiles removed during the Paradox phase change who rolls?
The designer said roll counts are fixed first, and the rulebook says retrieval happens only after all players' rolls.

No — work out how many Paradox rolls each player makes before anyone rolls, and then roll in any order. A player who gets an Anomaly stops rolling, but everyone else still makes the rolls already decided. Warp tiles are retrieved only after all rolls are done, so removing one never changes this phase's rolls.
