How do Operators and Geniuses differ?

Operators can use spaces for the three ordinary worker types (not Genius-only spaces) and Geniuses can't use Operator-only spaces. Neither can pay a cost naming a specific worker type. A Genius takes one of a space's worker-type benefits and keeps worker-specific motivation, while an Operator gets none of those; a generic motivation icon on a building affects any worker.
