After setting Focus in the past, can I get it back to the current Era or build the current Era's Superproject?
The designer explained you can never set Focus to the present, and publisher accounts agreed.

No — a Power Plant can never set Focus to the present, so once you have time travelled you cannot build the current Era's Superproject until the next Era. Build it first, before your first time travel of the Era. The Superproject you can build is the one in your Focus Era, though not in the same action as the Power Plant.
