Does the Chronobot get Collapsing Capital tile bonuses, and does it flip tiles?
The designer said the bot ignores whatever is on the tile; a publisher account confirmed tiles flip when any Exosuit leaves them.

No, it ignores the bonuses on Collapsing Capital tiles. It still flips a tile when its Exosuit is removed from it, just as for a human player, and it follows the same availability rules as you do.
