In what order do you draw Ingredient and Favor cards at setup and when choosing turn order (Herbalist)?
The designer ruled on this and noted the rulebook is silent.

Draw the Ingredient cards first, then the Favor cards. The rulebook does not actually say Favors come first, and drawing Ingredients first lets a drawn Herbalist discard from them, as intended.
