How many cubes does Sell Potion take, and can I sell in the first round?
The rulebook states the first-round exceptions.

Selling takes two cubes, and you can use the action only once per round. Sell Potion is one of the three actions marked "not available in round 1" (with Publish Theory and Debunk Theory), so it cannot be used in the first round, and the symbol does not change the cost.
