Can I win several grants from one publication?
The rulebook covers the first-grant case; the later-grant case is read from the absence of a limit.

Probably yes after your first grant. Your first grant needs seals on 2 of its ingredients, later ones on 3 (or 3 of 4 on the middle tile). If one action qualifies for two first grants, you pick one as your first. Nothing in the rules limits how many later grants one action can complete.
