If every theory spot is full and I debunk one theory, what can I immediately publish?

Usually nothing. A single debunk frees one ingredient and one token, and the only theory left is the one you just debunked, which immediate publication forbids. A second debunk in the round would free another ingredient and token and give you a legal option.
