Do I get a Bake Bread action when I build an oven?
The designer confirmed this and the rulebook describes it for the ovens.

Yes — buying a Clay Oven or Stone Oven gives you an immediate full Bake Bread action (not limited to the new oven). A Fireplace or Cooking Hearth gives no free bake.
