If I take Family Growth without room, can I also use regular Family Growth in the same round?
Designer replies in three threads gave the same counting rule, which also matches the rulebook's example.

Only if you have two empty rooms: the room-less newborn fills a spare room at once, so unless you still have a further room for the second newborn the regular Family Growth is blocked. If it filled your last room, build another room first.
