How often can Joinery, Pottery and Basketmaker's Workshop convert goods?
The rulebook says once per harvest, and the publisher confirmed the scoring consumes the goods.

Once per harvest each (1 wood to 2 food, 1 clay to 2 food, 1 reed to 3 food). At game end they also score bonus points for leftover wood, clay or reed, and they use up those resources so the same goods can't score twice.
