Can I bake bread during the harvest or feeding phase?
The designer said baking happens only via a Bake Bread action unless a card allows otherwise, matching the rulebook.

No — baking requires a Bake Bread action (from a space, or the free bake some ovens give when built) unless a card explicitly allows baking at another time. Owning an oven during the harvest does not by itself let you bake. You can still convert grain to 1 food each.
