Which action spaces accumulate goods each round, and do the goods pile up if nobody takes them?
The rulebook states the accumulation rule and designer replies confirm that plus-sign spaces don't refill.

Only spaces marked with an arrow accumulate. At the start of every round the printed amount is added, even if goods from earlier rounds are still there, and whoever uses the space takes everything. Spaces marked with a plus sign or 'take X' give goods from the general supply when used and are never refilled.
