Age of Steam
What happens to an unfinished track section if I don't extend it?
The rulebook says so, and the designer confirmed that redirection is not extension.

If you don't extend it with a further tile during your next Build Track phase, your ownership disk is removed and the section becomes unowned; another player who extends it may then claim it. Redirecting the end tile is not an extension.
