If I use the Turn Order pass during bidding, do I drop to last place?
The designer described the pass this way and the rulebook says the passing player remains in the bidding.

No. The pass skips one bid while keeping you in the auction and in your current spot. You may bid again when it comes back to you. Only a real drop-out sends you to the last position, and a player who dropped out cannot re-enter.
