At what income does the -10 income reduction start, and is the printed -8 on the board the rule?
The designer said the rulebook is correct over the track text and -10 starts at 50.

At 50 and above (income over 49) the reduction is 10; 41-49 is 8. The wrap-around note on first and second edition Income Tracks capping the reduction at 8 is not the rule; third-edition and Deluxe tracks say 10.
