Age of Steam
In Egypt, can the Felucca carry goods to or from a flooded pyramid?
No. Goods can never be delivered to a pyramid (it is not a city), and goods can never be taken from a flooded pyramid or flooded city, even with the Felucca; the Felucca only waives fees and collects them.
