Age of Steam
On the first turn, can I start track from any city, or only the eastern-most cities?
The rulebook requires the first tile to be adjacent to a City and says nothing of eastern cities.

Any city, not a town, unless the map specifies starting locations (as the Western U.S. map does). The basic rules do not restrict starts to the east.
