Age of Steam
Who starts the turn order bidding, and in what order are shares, bids and actions taken?
The rulebook says shares are issued in player order and bidding begins with the 1st player.

Bidding starts with the current first player and follows the current player order, as do share issuing, action selection and track building. On the first turn the dice-determined order is used for issuing shares and for the first auction.
