When am I eliminated for bankruptcy: at zero income or below zero?
The designer cited the Pay Expenses sentence and the rulebook says the same.

Only when income would drop below $0 during Pay Expenses. Income of exactly zero is safe, and income cannot sit below zero on the track. Cash flow in the early turns can be negative without bankruptcy.
