A spell prepped in at least one aligned breach counts as aligned. In the second edition a spell not prepped to a breach, such as Indira's from hand, is misaligned and does half damage, rounded up (a misaligned Spark still deals 1). Garu's and Reeve's abilities are not spells, so are never misaligned. Basic minions have no alignment and take full damage.
