They are basic attack modifiers. The Paladin heals 1 HP on each basic attack, Demon Hunter rolls an extra die against adjacent targets, Warlock moves the target one square, and War Mage deals 1 damage to another target at range 2. The Time Mage symbol means draw a card whenever you make a basic attack.
