Does Rigby move all the way to the closest hero when a card says he moves to the closest character?
The card wording comes from a community reply; the designer only confirmed small errors are being fixed.

No. The printed card says he moves toward the closest hero and then makes a basic attack, so he uses his movement. The "moves to" wording seen in the tabletop simulator is an error there. The designer says small card errors are being corrected in the second printing.
