How does the Paladin's Divine Retribution work with healing cards like Consecrate Ground?

A healing card used through Divine Retribution becomes an attack: it gains attack buffs but not healing buffs, and it does not change legal targets. Consecrate Ground is a combined heal-and-damage action, not strictly healing, so it is not affected. Players also read the range 0 Ooze Potion as unhelped by the Paladin passive, since it cannot change targets.
