What are the triggers for the Dodge perk and the Paladin's Divine Lance, which are missing from the cards?
The designer supplied both trigger texts in 2021; the range detail is unofficial.

Dodge should read 'When you are attacked...'. Divine Lance should read 'When an enemy moves in range...'. For Divine Lance, community replies relay a designer wording that the range is the paladin's movement plus 2, then basic attack range from there; that detail is reported second-hand.
