When do I pick the symbol for the Scientists Guild or Babylon's science stage?
At the end of the game when scoring, not when it is built, and the symbol counts in the normal science scoring (for squares and sets). The Scientists Guild is a purple card, not a green one, so effects that count green cards do not count it.
